Physical Goods & Digital Deliveries: While our primary cloud galleries and digital highlights are streamed online, all custom printed photo books, luxury leatherette flush-mount albums, and custom engraved wooden USB master drives are shipped securely across India with insured door-to-door courier tracking.

1. Scope of Physical Deliverables

This shipping policy applies to all tangible physical goods ordered through Fotographiya Ventures:

Flush-Mount Wedding Albums: Premium lay-flat albums (Canvera / Photostop certified lab printing, leatherette/acrylic covers, metallic paper).
Luxury Master Media Boxes: Engraved wooden or acrylic keepsake boxes containing high-speed USB 3.2 solid-state drives with raw and 4K masters.
Fine Art Framed Wall Canvases: Museum-grade textured canvas prints with protective UV coating and teakwood frames.

2. Production & Dispatch Timelines

Production of physical goods commences only after the Client has reviewed and formally approved the digital layout sheet proofs via the client portal:

Album Lab Printing:

10 to 15 working days following digital sheet approval by the couple.

Master USB Ingestion:

3 to 5 working days for full 4K data verification and custom engraving.

Courier Transit:

3 to 7 working business days depending on city tier and pin code.

3. Courier Partners & Real-Time Tracking

3.1 All shipments are dispatched via Tier-1 express logistics providers: Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, DTDC Air, or India Post Speed Post (for remote pin codes).

3.2 Once dispatched, an automated tracking docket number and SMS/WhatsApp notification with live tracking link is transmitted to the client's registered phone number.

3.3 Free Insured Shipping: Standard ground/air shipping is included free of charge in all premium wedding packages across all serviceable pin codes in India.

4. Damage in Transit & 100% Free Reprint Guarantee

Zero-Hassle Damage Protection:

All physical albums are shipped in dual-layer bubble insulation inside heavy-gauge rigid corrugated boxes. In the rare event that an album or frame arrives with bent corners, torn binding, or transit water damage:

Notify us within 48 hours of package receipt via WhatsApp or email with photographs of the damaged box.
We will issue an immediate, priority free re-print order at our partner photo lab at zero cost to the client.

5. International Deliveries (NRI & Destination Weddings)

For international NRI clients residing in the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, or Australia, albums are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the recipient.
